Charity Car Wash in May
A huge thank you to Colour Connection for adopting CCP as their Charity of the Year for the second year running.
Coming up in their fundraising activites for CCP is a Charity Car Wash when Colour Connection and UK Autoglaze will be joining forces in May to wash cars for CCP.

Support is easy.  All you have to do is bring along your car or small van to Tuffley Park, Gloucester, some time from 10am to 2.30pm on Friday 5th May, and it will be cleaned in exchange for a donation to CCP.
Colour Connection are a visual communication company who specialise in print, graphic design and website design in the Gloucestershire region.
Uk Autoglaze is a family-run business offering a wide range of services including windscreen repairs and replacements, stone chip repairs, and the replacement of side, rear and back windows in all kinds of vehicles.
Another successful food collection at Asda
A huge thank you to Asda Cheltenham Superstore for welcoming us into their store once again to collect food for CCP Food Share.
CCP Food Share is  our emergency food distribution service for people and families in times of crisis throughout the county.
The success of all of our year round  supermarket collections depends on small teams of volunteers to help collect the food instore.  Sessions are usually 3 hours long, include a briefing on the day, and are really rewarding.
If you can spare a morning or afternoon, please get in touch on 01242 228999 ext 123 or email chris.knight@ccprojects.org.uk.  We always need help!
Hamper Scamper isn't just for Christmas!
Much of the success of CCP's Hamper Scamper appeal depends on the preparatory work that goes on throughout the year.  While the appeal officially starts in September and runs until Christmas, taking up about three months of Chris Knight's working year, conversations are already taking place about Hamper Scamper 2017, the venue, volunteers and donations, and it’s only March!
The appeal has grown year on year and we can only see it continuing to grow as an ever increasing number of disadvantaged children, families and vulnerable adults need help and more organisations come to know about Hamper Scamper.
Thankfully, many of those who support Hamper Scamper now support us in other ways throughout the year too, through donations of funds, time or items, including food collections and donations, sponsored runs and cycle rides, volunteering, festivals, bucket collections, the selfie wall at the races, Charity of the Year partnerships, and so on.  The list is endless.
Throughout the year, new and existing relationships with businesses, individuals, schools, churches, community groups, and so on, are nurtured and developed so that we can continue to properly support the disadvantaged children, families and vulnerable  adults living in our community throughout the year, not just through our Hamper Scamper appeal at Christmas.
So if you're a business, individual, or school, church, or activity group, working and living in our community, please consider getting involved with CCP to help us to support those disadvantaged children, young people, families and vulnerable adults  who live in that same community.  We need your support all year round!
You can get in touch by ringing 01242 228999 ext 123 or 07860 503609 or email chris.knight@ccprojects.org.uk.
